July 23: 4.84 - my neighbor and I did our hike with our dogs today. 3.34 miles, with a lot of ascending. We only climbed 600 feet, but that's a lot when you're already up 7,000 feet lol. After the hike we walked to lunch, which was 1.50 miles round trip.

gardenerjoy - Thanks! It's good to hear a positive review for another one of their routines.
I'll be signing up for the 3 month membership plan in August. I'm really curious to give T25 a try. At 25 min long, I'm not sure if it's short enough to hold my interest. I've accepted that my favorite BBL workout, and consequentially the one that's the easiest for me to do consistently, is the one that's only 10 minutes long. Brief, yes, but still intense and effective. One of the first routines I'll give a try On Demand is 10 Minute Trainer. A 30-40 min bike ride followed by a 10 min workout is fun for me. I'm happy that exercise is feeling like recreation rather than a chore.
