Hm. June saw an 8lb weight Gain. Currently 7.5 of that off but not doing right well on the 16.5lbs projected loss for this challenge. Onwards.

I was 257.8 this morning, but yesterday was also my birthday and I splurged a little bit. I'll be working hard the rest of the month to get back on track and get down to 254.4 before August 1st. That was my July goal, and I am determined to make it happen! The rest of the week will be busy, but I do actually have two days off this week so I should be able to make goal! The end of the month is always hard for me because I always run out of money about 10 days before the end of the month. I'll just have to make do and be as healthy as possible between now and the end of the month!

Goal #1 Keep moving and slowly increase walking/exercise as I am able
Goal #2 Get back on track with WW by Labor day. Starting with simple portion control.
Goal #3 Lose 10lbs by Labor Day. Including this week there are 7 weeks until then! I believe I can do it!

7-28 288.4 down 0.8! decided to change my weigh in day! On the right track now

I didn't lose any weight in June, even went up a little bit. So that pretty much killed my chances of reaching my goal for Labor Day. I've made peace with that. I've had a great July though, so I might be able to reach a few pounds above my original goal.

Original goal: 134
I'm going to adjust that to: 138.

That would still require me to consistently lose at the faster end of my pace, so it's still a challenge for me. It gives me a fighting chance though!

I saw 255.6 this morning - so my July goal is still within reach! Only 1.2 pounds to go to reach my July goal, which doesn't seem like much, but my weight just loveeees to fluctuate at random. I'm determined to get there, though!

This week I didn't exercise at all. Though, I did lose another inch on my waist this month. I wonder if I had exercised this week I might have made my goal? I'll try to do better in August. My right foot still has not healed all the way. I'm jealous of my daughter who goes for a walk with her dog every evening. I greatly want to be walking! I plan to try to swim more this week.

Beginning waist measurement: 42 in.
Goal waist measurement: 39 in. (or more!)

June 9 - 20 minutes cardio for 5 days, 2 rest days.
June 16 - 3 days cardio, 2 rest days, 2 cheat days.
June 23 - 2 days cardio, 2 days weights, 1 day yoga, 2 rest days.
June 30 - 3 days cardio, 2 days weights, one day yoga, one rest day
Waist measurement - 40.5 in.
July 7 - 3 days walking, 4 days stretches.
July 14 - 2 days walking, 1 day swimming, 1 day chair yoga.
July 21 - 2 days chair yoga, 1 day slow walking, 4 rest days.
July 28 - no exercise
Measure: Waist - 39.5 (only .5 til I reach my goal, yippee!)
August 4
August 11
August 18
August 25

Sept. 1
Sept. 4 (Labor Day)
