I had to do a lot of running around, socializing, and doctor appointments this week. I kind of felt the stress of my busy schedule and just didn't get around to exercising much. My foot is getting better, but it's weird. One day I don't feel the pain at all and the next day it's back. I think I just have to give it time. I'll be going for a physical in a couple of weeks, which is always fun because I get to tell the doctor about all my weird aches and pains.
Beginning waist measurement: 42 in.

July 7 - 3 days walking, 4 days stretches.
July 14 - 2 days walking, 1 day swimming, 1 day chair yoga.
July 21 - 2 days chair yoga, 1 day slow walking, 4 rest days.
