My starting goal is 246.4 and I would like to lose 15 pounds this month. I want to increase the amount I exercise and really focus on staying within my calorie range.
Hi - I've been away for a while. I didn't have a scale for 8 months but I bought one yesterday and so now I'm able to track again. I also found a new calorie tracking app so I'm getting back into it.

I have just stepped on the scales and am horrified to find that my weight is back where it was 8 years ago! I am truly in denial, because there is no doubt that my clothing sizes were slowly increasing!
Please be patient as I try to navigate the site. I love all of the encouraging icons and tickers that you have.
For now- since it is June 1, I commit to losing 13 lbs in the month of June, which will get me squeaking into One-derland!
