I usually try to aim for about 1 lb a week but I also like even increments so my goal right now is to get to 190. I'm not too serious about reaching it, I just prefer that number. I'll update with my start weight on Saturday so I can give you the actual lb goal.

Edit: Okay, March is officially done, so I am here! I ended up losing 14.6 lbs over the course of March, which means I was able to stay consistent after February, so I am thrilled with that despite having a slower week towards the end! For April, I am going to stay the course of having a goal of at least 10 lbs and just be happy if I continue to be able to lose more than that by the end of the month.
