nicoley73: Nice loss, and welcome!

Lindifer: Hope April is a great month for you.

kfunk6113: I like it! I need to mess with my schedule a little again soon though, because I do the 16:8, which puts my hours of consumption between 3pm-11pm right now. That's only because we are currently staying up so, so late though. (Which also isn't very healthy.) I would like to move it back down to 12pm-8pm where I used to have it, because it was a good compromise between having a healthier timeframe while still allowing for slightly later evenings when need be. Nice job on the workout, by the way!

nancylmrn: Great job on the steps!! That's awesome, even if the scale didn't show it right away. How many calories do you eat per day again? I don't remember if you answered that already...sorry if you have!

babyredangel: Welcome!! Using this place and MFP together has been the best way for me to lose weight...just making sure that I stick around this time! I'm sure you will have great success with it, too.

Ronja: Best of luck this month...hope you get your whoosh!

Calorieguzzler: Welcome!

jrkessle: Nice progress already!

Farn0057: Nice to see you here, Ashley! Hope you're able to get everything you want accomplished done over the weekend...I always take advantage of that same opportunity when my husband is out on duty over a 24-hr period or for a few days/weeks for field problems, so I get it. Haha.

Weigh-in was down a smidge at 242.4 today. I got in my 5+ mile walk yesterday, but I didn't get to bed at a decent hour yet again. Although, I think I may have an easier time with that tonight because we're having a bit of a lazy afternoon and finishing the show we've been watching on Netflix before dinner, so there's nothing that's going to tempt us to be up until we're too tired to function tonight...at least that's the plan, lol. It would be nice to start out our Monday on a well-rested note!

I am exhausted and not feeling the greatest this morning.
Just popped a Tylenol to get rid of this headache before work starts up.
It's the kid's spring break so of course they are wanting to have some fun.
Therefore, we are letting a few of their friends stay the night tonight...I'm hoping I feel better by tonight or else my headache may get a whole lot worse! lol
I ate bad over the weekend so I'm not surprised with the results..but I did go no stop so I think I kind of balanced myself out.
Back on track today.

Hi everyone, happy Spring time!

Gardenerjoy I'm late but still want to do this month, been logging weight daily anyway. My April goal is 12 pounds.

April is vacation month! So for 5 days mid month I will be eating what I please when I'm in Florida but hopefully walking enough to not totally lose momentum.

I had the smallest weekend bounce up yet, worked hard at avoiding those weekend slips. I actually don't slip much but do really slack on my water and usually end up bloated monday so that's something I really tried to work on this weekend.

Hi ladies, waving to all and wishing you all a good new day : )

Sorry I am late, weekend was busy and I have a cold but came in to state my Goal for this month which is to get into a new decade by losing 6.1 lbs. Currently 176.1 as of the other day. I would be thrilled if I can do that this month.

Wishing you all a successful month with goals, progress, losses, NSV's keep up the great work everyone.

Happy to be in a new month with you all, thanks again Joy

I will be in the exercise challenge to state my monthly goal when I feel better, this cold is making me have slackeritis! lol

Good Afternoon All!

This is my first challenge on here, so I'm not entirely sure what I need to do here aside from state my current and goal weight (for April) - so please let me know what else is needed. Weigh in somewhere daily? Anything?

Current Weight: 194 (gotta love that time of the month)
Goal Weight (end of April): 185

Excited to join! Thanks!

Hi babyred nice drop!! We are opposites, I need to do more for exercise, but the food portion is pretty good. Keep up the good work!!

I hope that you get your whoosh soon ronja!!

Hi calorieguzzler good luck!!

JK and nicoley good job!

Farn Glad that you went down from all the shopping and walking!! Sounds like a good plan while your fiancé is away!

What show are you watching on Netflix, Ophelia?! IF is fascinating to me! I don't know if I would be able to do 16:8 but I could try to play around a bit to see how it goes, maybe try and push breakfast back a few hours. Great job on your walk!! I am really excited, I ordered a fitbit so now I will be able to keep track of my steps and move more!!

I hope that you are able to get rid of your headache in time for tonight, nichols

Nightsnacker Good job getting more water in this weekend! I drink much more throughout the week than I do when I am at home. Enjoy your upcoming vacation, I am so jealous

Hey weekend!! Good luck getting to the next decade! I hope that you feel better very soon!

Welcome kmiddl!! Some people chose to weigh in daily and will make a new post with their current weight, some people weekly, its up to you. Good luck!

I am in the middle of my TOM, and I have been working out. My water consumption wasn't very good yesterday either. So many things working against me, but happy to be in the 215's still

kfunk Gotta be the hormones, just think how nice when that all goes away. I have a fitbit and love it, helps me be aware of my too late bedtimes and just provides a little extra motivation to do more.

Ronja that's awesome. I really like how that fasting concept is working for me too, I first heard of that from you guys here and it's so much more natural for me than slogging through breakfast every day. More effective too.

Opheliapheonix have you watched Nurse Jackie yet? My daughter and I zombied out on it for a few weeks. One of those where the cast became my family. Still sad it's over. Rewatching for comfort.

Weekendboater I hope that cold lets go soon, I know I just must feed myself as I crave when I'm sick, I'd be scared to get sick again right about now.

Nicholsfamily I would never ever fail to stock up on motrin before a school break here. Possibly vodka as well. Not for the kids, for me of course Hope you had a better night.

So I'm creeping down oh so slowly, but still the right direction so no complaint. Measuring helps, lost an inch each off my waist and upper chest this week. Oddly not off my thighs after all those *@!% squats. I shall persevere with them though, I can feel toning happening under the flabbies.

I am predicting a good whoosh to get me to that 30 pound mark this week. It's coming, I can feel it.

Good luck today everyone, have a great healthy day!

It was a beautiful day here in CO yesterday so I got out for about a 2 mile walk with my dog and a stint at the dog park. As always, Mondays are for playing catch up from the weekend...lots of dishes, laundry, cleaning, groceries, etc. Busy day - thankfully!

Unfortunately, today is a snow-filled Tuesday meaning that I'll be house bound with the dog. I've found a lot of at-home, bodyweight exercises on Pinterest so I'll be giving those a shot today.

Good luck to you all - and happy Tuesday!
