Hi everyone, been quite busy here and staying very active, hope you all having a great week : )

April 8- 30 min. walk
April 9- none
April 10-30 min. walk
April 11-75 min.(45 min. rake, 30 min. walk, just over 15k steps)
April 12-20 min. walk (got my steps in, feels good to be active again)
April 13-110 min. (30 min. L.S tape, 15 min. u.b.s.t, 20 min. calis+stretch, 45 min. rake)
April 14-150 min. (30 min. walk, 2 hrs. rake (2 sessions)

April 15-85 min. (rake) plus cooking and cleaning for Easter
April 16-Easter, got in my steps
April 17-45 min. (rake)....cleaned, got in over 16k steps
April 18-50 min. (rake)
April 19- pending but prob. resting, who knows...lol
April 20-45 min. LS tape
April 21-dance 60 min.

after this, honestly, I remember nothing! lol I have been so busy but very active! I love being a part of here and I hope to join you all again soon! Keep up the awesome workkkkkk

Weekend boater ⛵⛵ were you a cheerleader as a teenager 😁 cuz you are our rah-rah chick! Good 👍 for you as well! I am lucky that I have been temporarily laid off for these weeks, that is the only way I've been able to be so consistent with working out. I HOPE to keep it up in May when I'm back to work!
