Thanks for the good thoughts! Sorry I was a little late to post this week. I haven't been super strict on myself for obvious reasons. However, I have maintained so that's not bad either! ^_^
Hope everyone is doing well and working on those goals!
Week One - June 5th- 198lbs
Week Two - June 12th - 193lbs
Week Three - June 19th - 191lbs
I didn't end up making goal, but I lost 19.2 lbs throughout this challenge and am pretty happy about it. If I am honest, I would have made my goal, but I had plenty days where I ate at or over my maintenance range. I was able to stick to it and not give up and that is the important thing!
I am going to keep posting but make a new goal for the next 90 days.
Way to go lady's, I to am at that 196 and I am having a trouble ending my diet plateau and getting the scale moving. I retain a lot of fluid and it makes me so mad. I drink 104 oz. of water a day, so I don't understand the fluid problem.
I can weigh first thing when I get up and weigh 194-196 and by 9am, I am weighing 200(and that's undressed.)
Ok this week end is July 4th weekend and that means lots of great outings with wonderful food. Let us all have fun and try and keep it healthy.
I had a really good week on plan. I am hoping that July will be a good month.
BCL That is really frustrating that you have been stuck in a plateau. 104.2 oz. a water is great, and you are right, you shouldn't be retaining as you are drinking plenty. I weigh myself in the morning after I use the bathroom, while naked. Then I weigh myself right before bed after I use the bathroom, again naked; I see about a 3.5 lb fluctuation and then I can gauge what I will be the next day based on my night weigh in. I have never tried seeing what I am mid morning. Maybe you could just weigh in 1 time per day at a consistent time?
I hear you on the 4th of July temptations. Luckily, we are having a party to celebrate the weekend of the 8th, so this weekend should be okay for me. We are taking the kids to a county fair, so I will need to make sure to bring snacks and eat before so that I don't end up eating the horrible carnival food!
How many calories per day are you consuming? Are you using a food scale to weigh out your portions? Are you getting enough vegetables and protein? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you taking measurements? There is nothing more frustrating than to be stuck, but I think that if you stay patient it will come off.

Hello Everyone
Sorry I have been MIA, I am recovering from knee surgery and just been so busy. I am pleased that everyone is still continuing their weight loss journey. I am back on my plan and excited to start losing again. Starting fresh:
Aug.1/17 weight-198.6
Hello Everyone
Sorry I have been MIA, but I have had a very busy summer and Fall
I Lost weight good from Feb. to July and then I had surgery. Well it has been a roller coaster sense then. I had my physical today and have gained 10 lbs.
Not happy about that. Well I thought why not start a Holiday challenge. What better time to be inspired. So if there is anyone who would like to be a few pounds lighter by Christmas, Please join in.
Post Name, weight and weekly goal and Christmas goal. Weigh in every Monday
and lets see what happens. Good luck!
