Since I met my goal of 1200 minutes including 20 strength-training and stretching routines in February AND
Since March is a longer month,
I'm going to increase my goal by a little bit: - 1300 minutes
- 20x ST or stretch

GardenerJoy February's Exercise challenge was very helpful for me. I was much more consistent with my exercise. For March, I will be exercising daily, alternating between strength and cardio, with a once a week break (probably on Fridays).
3/1 - 30 mins elliptical
3/2 - 9,500 steps
3/3 - Rest Day
3/4 - Arms Strength
3/5 - Abs and cardio
3/6 - Lower body strength and cardio
3/7 - Rest Day
3/9 - Arm Strength and Cardio
3/10 - 30 min walk and 10,000 steps for the day
3/11 - none
3/12 - 2.8 mile walk around nearby lake and 10,000 steps for the day
3/13 - 30 mins Arm Strength and Elliptical
3/15 - 30 mins Ab Strength and Elliptical
3/16 - Arms and Legs Strength

I'm going to be brave and increase my goal from 600 to 800 minutes a month. For me, that means instead of averaging a 30 minute workout 5X a week, upping to a 40 minute workout 5X a week. Hopefully my majority of minutes will not be shoveling!!
March 01 - 33 min. Shelly Dose cardio/light weights = 33 min.

ETA - I've decided to take a break from officially "dieting" so I won't be participating this month. I intend to keep exercising and eating with moderation, but I don't want to focus on counting and tracking. Good luck to you all with your goals.
I'm going to try and stretch myself a bit. Going for 1500 exercise minutes in March
TOTAL: 45 / 1500
03/01/17 - 45 minutes (BBB1)

Joy Can I ask a big favor? I am so sorry to put you to extra work but again I have been debating my workouts. THings are going to get crazy busy for me very soon so this is the month for me to crank! I would like to set a goal of 1400 minutes, I have to do Leslie Samsone workout at least 3x a week and increase my steps from last months average! Again, I so apologize for any inconvenience and as always, I thank you for the time and all that you do!
I am concerned that April ,or sooner, will get so extremely busy for me that I wont be able to hold up with formal exercise, and thus, no time like the present!
With that being said, onto another workout I go! lol Thank you again so much! Let's keep it rocking ladies

I'ld like to join this challenge. March goals will focus on core and getting my body ready to move for the day. Goal is a minimum of 600 situps and 600 squats.
600 squats : 30+30+100+20=180 completed
600 situps : 30+30+15+45+30=150 completed
Good luck everyone!

omg, totally want to join you guys!
My goal is to walk at least 60 minutes a day (everyday), 45 minutes of zumba (4 x a week), and 30 minutes of cycling (4 x a week) and mix in 30 minutes of weights 4 (4 times a week). Woohooo! Been doing this for the past 5 weeks and went from a size 12 to a size 8.
Feels so good that I dont have to buy an xl anymore. I used to cry in the fitting room because the clothes wouldnt fit me and now, I cry because I cant believe im shrinking.
