Jan 23rd- 30 mins lifting - My right shoulder is hurting, had to lower or eliminate weights during routine for certain moves.
I wonder how much of my shoulder pain is from worry. We thought we had to put our dog down from pain. We made an emergency run to the vet yesterday and know what the problem is, which is some comfort. It looks like the pain and inflammation meds may extend his life. I think I need to move more and get back to my normal level of movement each day.

Vermontmom, Congrats on meeting your monthly goal. For now the pain meds. are working. We are hoping the steroids kick in for inflammation control. Jethro is 10 years, which is the life span of a dog his size(lab/boxer mix). Quality of life will be assessed at the end of two weeks, so blessings and prayers are appreciated.
