Jan.3- 30 min. (2 mile walk vid)
Jan.4- 45 min. (25 min. calisthenics, 20 min. outdoor walk).
Jan.5- 45 min. (15 min. S.T, (strength training), 30 min. treadmill.
Jan.6- 63 min. (30 min. treadmill, 25 min, calisthenics and stretch at end, upper bod S.T.
Jan.7-planned rest day
Jan.8-40 min. (25 min. treadmill, 15 min. upper bod S.T, weights)
Weekly Total: 258 minutes!
Jan. 9-45 min. (25 min. calisthenics, 20 min. WII step aerobics)
Jan.10-80 min. ( 2 sets of 30 min. t.m, upst. 20 total)
My January goal is 500 mins.
Jan 2nd- 40m lift + 20 m bike = 60m
Jan 3rd- 20 aero + 20 bike, 40 + 60 = 100m
Jan 4th- 30 aero = 25 bike, 30+25 +100= 155m
Jan 5th- 30 lift + 20 bike, 55 + 155 = 210
Jan 6th- 20 aero + 20 bike, 40 + 210 = 250
Jan 7th- 20 aero + 20 bike, 40 + 250 = 290
Jan 8th- 30 walk, 30 + 290 = 320
Jan 9th- 40 dance + 20 bike, 60 + 320 = 380
Jan 10th- 60 dance, 60 + 380 = 440
Jan 11th- 20 bike, 20 + 440 = 460
Jan 12th- 40 aero, 40 + 460 = 500
January Goal of 500 mins reached.
Well it's nice to know that I do approximately 1000 hours of exercise per month, but without having lifting goals, I am not lifting as often as I need to. So for a second January Goal, for the time left I want to lift 5x minimum. I think the biking and morning aerobics will take care of themselves, but I will find out.
Hope everyone is keeping motivated and having an exercise filled January.
