Thank you gardenerjoy for keeping track of us so accurately
can we also post here, our little exercise victories? Like, how working out helped me when I had to climb into the back seat of my small car and clamber into the front to kick out my frozen doors? at age 56 I want to be able to keep doing that even though I'd prefer not to have to!

My goal is 400 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical.
I have not done the elliptical because I've been doing other forms of cardio: playing a lot of tennis and working around the house this weekend.
I plan to do the elliptical during lunch break this week.
VermontMom: Being able to access your frozen car is a great motivation for exercise! That maneuver required muscles that were both flexible and strong.
Sum38: glad that your pet is home -- I hope she recovers quickly.
My exercise victory this week was standing for a total of about four hours on Saturday. I'm feeling some residual effect in my legs, but I don't have lower back pain like the last time I did something like that.
January goal: 1200 minutes, ST or stretches every day.
I let go of the exercise the past 2-3 yrs and the weight came back. Need to lose 20 lbs again, so I'll challenge myself to workout 5x/week, 3x minimum..
Goal: 300 min/week, starting 1/9...
1/9: 20 min dance central 2, 20 min zumba rush
1/11: 20 min zumba, 10 min dc2
1st wk total: 70 min
