Very slow week last week. I came down with a viral thing ~ no known name but headaches and the general sense of having been beaten all over with crowbars ~ so haven't got a lot of walking in.
Hoping to build up this week but I'm surprised how much it's taken out of me!

On the other hand, today I've managed the first 10,000 steps (4 miles) in a fortnight, so I guess I'm getting there
