November is Movember in the November Exercise Challenge -- let's get moving!
State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.
I'm going to stick with 1300 minutes for November.
Last month, I did 4 DVD workouts (after years of skipping them entirely). They really help me with variety, especially stretching and strength-training, so I'm going to increase that goal to 8 in November.
Hello! I used to be a consistent exerciser, even when overeating, and the benefits are so great. But I have slacked so badly. I would love to join to hold myself accountable. I do workouts that I find on youtube, plus the occasional DVD. My goal for November will be to do a workout of some sort, at least 30 minutes, 5 times a week.
My goal for November will be 900 minutes of intentional exercise.

Hello, Trying to get my indoor exercise routine started. My November Goals are a minimum of 25 situps per day & Lifting for at least 20 mins 2x a week.
Nov 1- 40 su
Nov 2- 30 su and 20 min lift
Nov 3- 45 su
Nov 4 - 40 su
Nov 5 - 30 su and 30 min lift
Nov 6 - 50 su
Nov 7 - 25 su

My exercise goal for November is going to be 1,000 minutes of intentional exercise. I'm challenging myself to include at least one DVD workout and an exercise bike workout each week.
