I finally got brave enough to weigh after a few days off the rails.
October Goal: 90.7 (-2kg)
3: 92.7 kgs
4: 92.8
5: 92.65
7: 92.55
10: 92.2 (1/4 of the way to this month's goal)
11: 91.7 (1/2 of the way to this month's goal, but I think we can count on that not sticking for a while)
12: 91.5 (or, maybe, it will stick)
30: 91.95 (up, but lower than when I started!)
I'm exactly 2.0 pounds below where I started this month. I didn't meet my goal ( -4.6), but I'm glad it's in the right direction. My lowest weight this month was a little below where I am right now.
This ended up being a challenging month for weight loss: got another sinus infection, been drawn to cookies and other baked goods more than usual, and have had more dinner parties to attend than usual.
I want a quicker pace than 2 pounds a month, so I'm gonna have to switch things up.

1.8 lbs away from goal, but at least it's going down. Net loss of 1.2 lbs.
Started out great. Beginning of the month, I was at 192.8, with a goal for a 5-pound weight loss. Hit that at two weeks, getting down to 187.2. Followed the next week by a 5-pound gain, just 0.2 pounds shy of where I started. I was 190.0 this morning. So, a 2.8 pound loss. Like Chunkahlunkah said - Disappointed that I didn't hit my goal, but really glad I am still headed in the right direction.
But I did really well in September, and sometimes, I think my weight takes some time to stabilize at a lower weight. And I won't pretend I was angelic in the week I gained five pounds.
