I just started the Ideal Protein Diet last Monday 10/10/16 this diet is rough and I need all the support and motivation I can get. After today my weigh-ins will be on Saturdays.

Oct 17 ... 172.8 lbs (lost 7 pounds- fyi I get a print out of my body composition and 6 of those pounds I lost were water weight )
