11/04: 323 Up a pound. Sigh.
11/11: 315 ! Heck yeah
11/18: 315 well at least I didn't gain.
11/25: 314 Month Loss 8 pounds. With as much as I ate for Thankgiving I'm counting this as a win :
Edited: My total weight loss hope is to reach 200 BUT for the rest of this year I think I should do something more realistic so I don't get disappointed. Does 10 lbs a month sound ok? I know we are only supposed to hope for 1 lb a week but because I'm so new to the journey I heard that the weight comes off easier?
Edited again: I had to change my monthly pounds lost because I was using the wrong number to calculate the beginning of the month. Oops.

Hi everyone. Wow there are some really big losses so far - congrats to everyone I'm working on losing my last few pounds and my weight loss is pretty slow at this point but I'm okay with that. I record my weight on page 1 each week.
I'd like to join as well. Accountability will do me good. I need to get a better scale this week, so my number may change a little, but hopefully not too dramatically.

Hi Ruby, congrats on 10 pounds in September! That's phenomenal! You may continue losing at that rate for a while, but (to manage expectations) it may instead switch to being 1-2 pounds a week now or soon. Either way, keep killing it!
