Not a great weekend. I was on call at the hospital so my schedule was off and I had to skip some meals due to being incredibly busy. And what I did eat was fast and not that great for me. I did go over my calories on Saturday but stayed in range Sunday. So its mostly water weight..... I hope!

This month I got down to 146.4, so I lost 4.1 out of my 5 lb goal. Although I didn't hit goal, I'm thoroughly pleased with September! I lost more than I had in months.
