Wow, you guys are doing great with lots of daily exercise! Way to go!
C25K again today. I looked up tips online and found a blog entry by a woman who did it and started as unfit as I am, basically. Her advice was to slow way down when there was a segment that was super challenging. Well, I did that today for the 5 minute intervals and it worked like a charm! I didn't have to take a break! Of course, I'm jogging super slow, but I'm jogging still! Also, it helps with the mental blocks I get that I can complete the intervals.
And thanks for the pep talks, guys! They helped a LOT.
