Thanks, Gardner! The efforts I put forth in May were not sufficient. Better than April, but sill not enough. Hopefully the turning of the calendar page will be the bell to Pavlov's dog...except maybe the inverse of that!
hah, summer is usually that HARDEST season for me.
I am actually up a little today, but I usually don't record anything but drops so I am going with my low weight from last week as my start point. More of a challenge!

June 8: 249.4 (I got on the scale 3 times and it said the same number. I don't believe it...we'll see what tomorrow says!)

I love this challenge, Joy! So, I'm in again. I normally go for 6lb (1.5lbs per week, on average), but in the past few days, I've just gained a pesky 0.5lbs, which I'm sure is water weight. So, in June I shall set my goal at 6.5lbs...odd number, but it includes that pesky 0.5lb!
