Hi G-Joy! the weather and heat is tolerable ... However, if you hear the news about the country ... flooding on one side of the nation and fires on the other. I hope things calm down a bit!
Probably going to be up tomorrow. Had a birthday party to go to with pizza, cake, and ice cream. Tried to keep the portions down, but it's still more than I should have had.
