May 2: 109.1 (+0.4) Grrr, no reason I should be gaining. I stayed on the plan!
May 3: 108.9 (-0.2) No major change. Still sticking to my plan. I should see a drop really soon!
May 4: 108.9 Getting quite frustrated now
May 5: 108.6 This feels like a maintanance but I'm trying to lose!

Ronja: Hang in there! It's likely just water retention, in which case you'll see a whoosh in the near future. My weight loss pattern is always a few days of acting like a yo-yo, followed by a few days of not much happening, followed by a few days where I lose...then more yo-yo, more flat, and more drop...rinse and repeat! If weight loss were linear, it would be SO much easier, but that's not to be.

Tuscany: thank you so much for your support. In theory, I know what you are saying is true. In reality, I wish it was easier and I could see a loss for every day I stick to my plan! But I know it is not so. Plus I guess the water retention is affecting my weight even more, as I am breastfeeding a three months old.

I really needed to hear what you said. Sticking to my plan, hoping for a whoosh. It is bound to happen!!!

Oh Ronja - weightloss while breastfeeding is a definite mind game sometimes. When they are prepping for a growth spurt your milk supply goes up and I wouldnt even really notice it or feel like anything had changed but suddenly my weight was stu-u-u-u-born and then your milk supply drops and you think it's real weight loss and then it goes up so you aren't sure. It is just one more crazy crazy variable.

How was everyone's week -- for this week!

As the Flowers come up - may the pounds go down!
(never said I was philosophical - ha ha ha)

I'm in ... 31 days I should see another new decade!!

Goal = -10.0 (If I don't push me -- who will??)

LET'S HIT 'ER

SW: 04/30/16 255.2
CW: 05/06/16 252.8 (-2.4)
GW: 05/31/16 245.2

01: 255.0 (if April had 31 days, I would have made my April goal )
02: 256.2 (Quiche last night - ate the whole piece - oh well - downwards and onwards )
03: 254.4 yippee Skippy
04: 253.8 1/3 of my total weight to lose is GONE! (might see a slight incline tomorrow though)
05: 254.0 not bad
06: 252.8 OH MY GOSH!! And that was with cheesecake (I'll see it tomorrow)
07: 252.8 WOWZA ... no change after all that cheesecake.
