My April goal was 6 lbs., and I fell short. Nevertheless, I'm going to try that again in May. As of this morning, I was 185.0. If I lose 6 lbs., it will put me in the next decade, at 179.0...woohoo! So, 6 lbs. it is!

GW: 179.0

Roll on May...

I'm in ... 31 days I should see another new decade!!

Goal = -10.0 (If I don't push me -- who will??)

01: 255.0 (if April had 31 days, I would have made my April goal )
02: 256.2 (Quiche last night - ate the whole piece - oh well - downwards and onwards )

04: 253.8 1/3 of my total weight to lose is GONE! (might see a slight incline tomorrow though)

I just started a month ago and lost 5 kg (11 pounds) in April. I know I can't possibly keep up this speed, but I hope to see some significant loss in May as well. I hope it's ok to use kgs instead of pounds See you all around, here is to a really successful May!
