Hey, I am modifiying my goal to be more specific -also on the original post.
Do ONE T-25 Alpha workout daily, no more than 5 missed days. Stretch counts, but only 1/week
1: - Missed #1 + 20 min walk
2: Lower Body

Starting pretty much at rock bottom. Can only go up from here.
Goal is 5x per week to walk 10 minutes 1st week and 2nd week, 15 minutes 3rd and 4th.
Goal for May is 250 minutes
Even though is looks like rain here, Im heading out

I’m on target with my plan to exercise at least an hour each day this week, since I have family arriving on the weekend and I likely won’t be able to do much once they're here.
Total to date: 180 minutes
Goal: 1,500 minutes

May 2: 15 min treadmill + 15 min elliptical + 30 minute walk (60/120)

I managed to workout in my gym this morning, but it was too late to do much by the time I got home from work, plus I was tired. So, only 30 minutes today.
Total to date: 270 minutes
