Hi there - I'd like to join this exercise challenge. I'll have it be know that I have never been one to enjoy exercise, and I am not very active. But learning
With that being said...My May goal = 480 minutes
Stretch Goal = 1000 minutes
May 1 - 30 minutes
May 2 - 45 minutes
May 3- 45 minutes
May 4 - 60 minutes
May 6 - 45 minutes
May 7 - 25 minutes
May 8 - 30 minutes
May 9 - 60 minutes +30 minutes = 90 minutes
May 10 - 30 minutes
May 11 - 30 minutes
May 12 - 30 minutes
May 14 - 30 minutes - MADE GOAL!!!
May 15 - 20 minutes
May 16 - 30 minutes +35 minutes = 65 minutes
May 17 - 60 minutes
May 18 - 30 minutes + 30 minutes = 60 minutes
Monthly total : 695 minutes
This is crazy - I have never enjoyed getting any activity in - so far I have only missed one day. (as time had gotten away from me with erronds before work, my typical treadmill time) Somewhat disappointed that my weight is not going down quicker as I've incorporated the activity. I am actually REALLY enjoying myself. Who knew?!!!!
