4/12 - 141.4 lbs, pasta AND potatoes yesterday (and I'm afraid again today...leftovers, that or AF is on her way
4/13 - 141.4 lbs, a repeat of yesterday because I ate the same thing
4/14 - 141.4 lbs, I cleaned up my act (a little) and even went to yoga.....hopefully my "whoosh" will happen tomorrow
4/15 - 140.2 lbs, need to drain +0.4 by the morning, AF

4/21 - 141.4 lbs, I'm actually exercising more (4 days straight) and eating the same calories but gained a pound! I hope it is water retention....my muscles healing. Still hoping for a whoosh....no exercise today.
4/22 - 141.4 lbs, still stuck and puffy from allergies today so I took some medication this morning....it's already helping

4/24 - 140.8 lbs, starting to feel normal again
4/25 - 140.6 lbs, 1.8 lbs to go and expecting a whoosh....please!
4/26 - Can't remember but I think it was 140.6 or 140.4 lbs
4/27 - 139.8 lbs, 1 pound in 3 days? Doubtful but I'll try
4/28 - 139.8 lbs, no change
4/29 - 139.8 lbs, still no change
4/30 - 138.8 lbs!!! I've only made goal 2x I think since I've been doing the challenges
I decided to up my calories the last two days so I would only gave a 200-300 cal deficit instead of 500-600 and the whoosh came.
