No change for me this morning. I know I'm retaining water...hopefully I will see a whoosh soon, although I doubt I'll make goal this month. No worries. I'm happier to be at my current 184.5 than at 189.0, which is where I was at the beginning of April!

Today - 263.4 Happy I made goal so quickly. I don't think I'll get to my stretch goal by tomorrow, but I'm happy with my progress for the month This thread really kept me accountable!

4/08 - 139.8 lbs, big whoosh today.....one to go!
4/09 - 140.8 lbs, late night pub food....puffy town today
4/10 - 140.6 lbs, not bad after a giant steak dinner last night, back on the wagon tomorrow with the start of the work week
4/11 - 140.4 lbs
4/12 - 141.4 lbs, pasta AND potatoes yesterday (and I'm afraid again today...leftovers, that or AF is on her way
4/13 - 141.4 lbs, a repeat of yesterday because I ate the same thing
4/14 - 141.4 lbs, I cleaned up my act (a little) and even went to yoga.....hopefully my "whoosh" will happen tomorrow
4/15 - 140.2 lbs, need to drain +0.4 by the morning, AF
4/16 - 139.8 lbs, AF

4/21 - 141.4 lbs, I'm actually exercising more (4 days straight) and eating the same calories but gained a pound! I hope it is water retention....my muscles healing. Still hoping for a whoosh....no exercise today.
4/22 - 141.4 lbs, still stuck and puffy from allergies today so I took some medication this morning....it's already helping

4/24 - 140.8 lbs, starting to feel normal again
4/25 - 140.6 lbs, 1.8 lbs to go and expecting a whoosh....please!
4/26 - Can't remember but I think it was 140.6 or 140.4 lbs

I’ve remained on plan, but the scales went up…no doubt I’m still retaining water. I’m hoping for a whoosh soon. I didn’t make April’s plan, but I did lose 4 lbs., which is better than nothing! Here’s hoping May will be even better…

FANTASTIC JOB, EVERYONE!!

No complaints here. I missed goal by .2 ... I know I thought, maybe I should go cut my hair real quick ... clip my toenails ... anything (I'd already done the norm)
