Thanks Rennie. You are doing great - keep it going. I have been up and down so many times that I wanted to make this the last time I lose these same pounds. I quite smoking almost 2 years ago and gained 20 pounds ... I have stayed focused on my goal since I started this journey in January and the mini challenges really help to get to the big goal. Did you take a look at WW?

flower, I kind of took a look (not in detail). But I do need to do that. I had actually forgot about it. I'll look more into it on Tuesday just remind me ... my brain is usually on sleep mode if I don't have reminders. My husband says I should put sticky notes every where ... he doesn't realize what it will look like in here if I do that I joined you on the 4% challenge. You have already made goal there also ... do you know if we will just keep going till Easter? I just realized also that you are exactly where I want to be. I'm so happy for you only a few more pounds to go till maintenance ... GO YOU

Rennie - thanks. Just keep going and you'll get there - you've already lost a lot of weight I found that WW helps to keep me accountable and has really helped me with my eating habits. I eat more regularly now and also healthier. I may change my goal to 130 but I will see how I feel when I get to 135 first.

Wow flower, 23lbs since January ... My goodness you are really doing an awesome job! GO YOU I think I may go ahead and try the points plus but I need to make sure I have an accurate points calculator. That's what I need help with (my eating habits) when I go off plan, I'm off plan and when I want something there is nothing to say you only have xyz left so you can't/shouldn't have that. That's where I think WW will help me. The calculator said I am allowed 26 points.

Rennie - I think you must have the old calculator because on the new program you should get 30 daily points. They have reconfigured the points to take into account the sugar content. Some foods, like protein, are lower points than they were on the old system. I think you used to get way more extra weekly points than you do now but you get more daily points now. I think the program is better as there is more of an emphasis on choosing foods with less sugar and eating more protein.

flower I have to do less sugar (or should I say I try to do less sugar) because I'm diabetic. So more protein definitely works for me for all plans Ok so now the app that I downloaded on my phone makes sense. It gives me 31 points a day and 49 bonus points. The app is WWPP calculator. I don't know how much it will allow me to do so we shall see.

I moved in the wrong direction this morning...but it's just water retention. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better.
