Default March Week 4 BONUS WEEK, SO BONUS GOAL!

March Week #4

I met my month's goal of 310 minutes yesterday, so I'm going to set a bonus goal: move 300 more minutes by the 31st = 30minutes a day from today (the 22nd).

goal reached March 21: 310 min.
bonus goal: 30min daily 180/300 total until March 31st

My back is better, but not 100% yet. The bigger barrier to exercise, recently, was a deadline crunch. That's done. So, now, the biggest barrier is getting back in the habit of longer walks. I'm still afraid to add in stretching and strength-training for fear of re-injury.

I’ve been in bed with a cold/fever for the past two days, so I haven’t felt up to exercising. I feel a bit better today, so I did double duty and I’m still on track to make goal.

I hope your back feels better soon, Joy. My back acts up now and then, so I know what you’re going through…terrible pain!
