Default February Goal

My goal for Feb is to get down 5 lbs to 135

My plan is to go to the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays to start. I want to go more but it is all about finding the time right now. Once I get going I will probably want to make time for it and will find a way how!

I'm aiming for 1-2 hours per time I go. At least one hour to make it worthwhile.

Looking ahead:
March goal - down 5 more lbs to 130
April goal - down 5 more lbs to 125
May goal - down 5 more lbs to 120
Summer goal - Maintain and keep active - Run 1/2 marathon in June!

Hey everyone - I am down to 262 and super happy about it. Last week was such a great week, not because I was perfect and ate like a rabbit and didn't eat one piece of candy, quite the contrary! I began the journey towards MODERATION. I had a piece of cake, but just ONE piece, even though the rest of the cake was calling my name. I packed healthy food everyday last week (a habit that's good for my body AND my wallet lol) and I just feel good, like this is it for me, ya know? I can live with this lifestyle change.

I hope everyone is having a good day!
