2/8 271.8 +0.4 this is excellent for two days away.
2/9 273.2 +1.4 there's the weekend weight! drink more water.
2/10 274.5 +1.3 salt. just keep going.

Lurchmomma I know exactly how you feel...I am in a slump and trying so hard to pull myself out of it. This cold weather the last few days is not helping.
Well, it's that time again for me... (TOM!). Humbug. I know that I can reach my goals, though. Plenty of time left! Like Fit4Lyfe said back at the beginning of the month, positive thoughts get things done.

2/8/2016 361.8 - went to visit my parents, almost impossible to stay on plan since my mother is always trying to feed me, the gain is usually 5 lbs so I'm ok a little less than 2.
