Tomorrow is my WI day, so let's see how I did this week. My eating wasn't great, but I have been to the gym four times this week. Hopefully it works out :x

I was going to just weigh in on Tuesdays, but I've hit below 200 two days in a row, and have to post it! Must be initial water weight, but I'll take it
So moderation didn't go so well last night but I thoroughly enjoyed what I ate and stopped when I felt satisfied. Today is going to be spent packing because I move on March 1st. That'll be decent exercise.
Starting weight - 146.4 lbs
Goal weight - 141.4 lbs
(I'd love to get into the 130s by March.....so that's my secret goal.....shhhhhh!)
