1/2/2016 - 1 cardio/1 Strength & tone - t25 cardio and 21 day fix dirty 30
1/4/2016 - 1 strength/1 stretch - t25 alpha total body circuit / barre 3 core and stretch
1/6/2016 - 1 cardio / 1 stretch
1/7/2016 - 1 strength / 1 stretch p90 scuplt B, barre 3 leg and stretch
1/9/2016 - 1 strength 2/3 of jillian michaels shred it with weights (you tube) . She started doing moves I just wasn't ready for, but I got a good sweat in.
1/11/2016 - 1 cardio / 1 stretch
1/12/2016- 1 strength, not feeling well so no stretch I know I'll regret it later 21 day fix upper and lower fix.
1/16/2016 - 1 strengh/1 cardio michelle dozio cardio strength
1/17/2016 - 1 cardio t25 cardio
1/19/2016 - 1 cardio t 25 total body circuit, wasnt as hard this time, but i also do the modification. NSV I can get up and done to do stuff without have to use a chair, I'm slow, but I can do it.
1/20/2016 - 1 cardio 21 day fix total cardio
1/23/2016 - bob harper youtube workout 40 min 1 cardio, 1 strength, tried to do some stretch with piyo, just to fast for me to modify and do the moves, but I stretched.
1/24/2016 - p90 sweat - leslie sansone pilates
1/25/2016 - the firm: cardio inferno
1/26/2016 - fitnessglo strength class. kinda light, working on finding what works.

My goal is to start exercising. Will do 30 minutes 6 days per week and work on losing weight.
I want to be healthy...its not just about the weight loss.
So excited to have found a place to give and receive support.
