Penny, well, almost. 164 is considered the highest end of the "normal" weight range for me.
Like you, I tend to bounce around quite a bit within the same numbers, but that usually comes with a nice whoosh afterwards! I'm hoping that's the case this time. I've been stuck in the 170's for a week now and I expected to be back down to 169 a couple of days ago. Oh well! It's not a race. I just have to keep going!
And yes, let's hope we all reach our monthly goal!

MumofMany, I just looked up the Alevere Diet. I hope it works well for you! I could not do it (I don't have that kind of discipline), but I believe there's a diet out there to suit each of us, so good luck! And congrats on being a bit down on the scale!

I am 170 again today. My plan is to drink lots of water and to get to the gym. My problem right now is I hate to go out in the winter weather, but it's not even COLD winter weather yet, lol! I need to get to the gym!
