Gardenerjoy your daily diligence is inspirational as with all of you, I am somewhat perplexed at how you can all stay so steady from day to day, I make myself insane weighing daily..I tried it and I can go up so quickly and or down quickly depending on what I have...something salty or a forbidden carb which latches onto water retention or even not releasing fluid yet, howwwwwwww on earth do you stay so steady?
Lucy28 I am in a similar situation as you and I soooo agree, I have found that the times I have posted daily in the past (and or anytime) are the times I am most successful! It really makes a diffence! You can bet they will have another monthly post, it has been going on for years and there also various holiday challenges or milestones in addition so we can do simultaneous challenges if we are up to it....nice to meet you and yayyyyyyy again on meeting goal and kicking butt in general!

Weekend_Boater: my scale readings don't seem steady at all to me! This month, I've ranged in a 2.5 pound range and I'm, frustratingly, closer to the high point than the low one at the moment. It definitely took a while to get used to the daily fluctuation. But, eventually, I got more aware of the noise (it helps to graph it!) so that doesn't depress me any more. Now, the daily weigh-in really helps motivate me to do the best I can most days so I stand a chance to get the reward of downward movement on the scale.

I had a great Thanksgiving and for those of you who celebrated it, I hope you did too! I didn't overeat terribly, but I haven't been drinking as much water as I should and I did have a large order of Wendy's chicken nuggets the last couple days, which have breading, so I'm not surprised that I'm still holding onto water weight. I was out early Black Friday shopping the last two mornings so I didn't get to weigh but today I'm up 2 lbs. I'll have to make sure I drink enough water today!

Looks like I achieved the Under the Bed goal this month. Ugh. Boy! Did November go by fast! (Weight-wise, I had a bad feeling about this month from the very beginning...and not just because of Tx. Feeling more optimistic about December.)
I'm not sure what to do next....Mid-Nov, I switched things around to incorporate more fiber, which meant more carbs...Definitely need to add more Exorcise.
