Hi ladies, TGIF! I figure I better check in! lol Well it is that birthday weekend I mentioned earlier and omg I really did indulge tonight, tomorrow I have to take it easy and then sunday having my family for a home cooked meal, yesssssss that is what I wanted!

I feel sooooooooo full and so ugh! I snuck a peak at the scale and lost another o.7 but god knows where it will end up on Monday.

I am not sure it's going to be a good week for me but the thing is that I can't afford a bad week or I wont make goal 22 lbs by Christmas@ On a p ostive note, I am so happy to be losing!

I was wondering what helps you all through the weekend? For me it is being strict pre and post weekend that allots me to get by, any suggestions or helpful hints?

W still have 3 weeks to go to the end of this monthhhhhhhh!

Don't know why I am having such a dramatic loss so far this month, but I'll take it!!!!

Weekend Boater: For the weekends, I load up on bagged salad/ spinach and lots of fresh veggies and make big salads with a little protein such as chicken breast or hard-boiled egg. I also drink, drink, drink lemon water or iced non sweetened herbal tea such as mint medley. I find if I keep busy (house cleaning, homework, walking outside, ect, I don't really focus on food too much. This has really helped keep my weekends in check! Hope that helps!
