Hi ladies, TGIF! I figure I better check in! lol Well it is that birthday weekend I mentioned earlier and omg I really did indulge tonight, tomorrow I have to take it easy and then sunday having my family for a home cooked meal, yesssssss that is what I wanted!
I feel sooooooooo full and so ugh! I snuck a peak at the scale and lost another o.7 but god knows where it will end up on Monday.
I am not sure it's going to be a good week for me but the thing is that I can't afford a bad week or I wont make goal
22 lbs by Christmas@ On a p ostive note, I am so happy to be losing!
I was wondering what helps you all through the weekend? For me it is being strict pre and post weekend that allots me to get by, any suggestions or helpful hints?
W still have 3 weeks to go to the end of this monthhhhhhhh!
