Morning ladies congrats again to all those that made goal and also to all for the losses and or keeping going in general.

As for me, no way am I making goal this month! lol I went to a dinner tonight (a sinful one...well not that bad really but drinks with it!) Good thing I had DH hide the candiessss for the trick or treaters tomorrow! Lord help me! lol

I hope you all have a great weekend, I will be getting back on that wagon and looking forward to being here and working towards my Christmas challenge as well as here....keep up the great work! Happy weekend

10/20 - I forgot to weigh this morning! I was so tired that I showered, dressed, etc., etc., then remembered as it was almost time to leave for work.
10/21 - 159.8 lbs (-2.8) Sigh.....was hoping for a little movement on the scale
10/22 - 159.6 lbs (-3.0) It's moving in the right direction finally.
10/23 - 159.6 lbs (-3.0) I see more exercise in my future . . .
10/24 - 159.6 lbs (-3.0) at least it's not going up
10/25 - 159.8 lbs (-2.8)
10/26 - DNW on purpose.....late dinner last night and I feel "puffy"

10/30 - 158.0 lbs (-4.6) OMG! This is crazy....stuck forever and now this It had more carbs last night (jasmine rice)

I didn't reach my goal weight for this month. But at least I ended with a weight loss of -1.2 Lbs. Good Luck, Everyone!
