How's Everyone doing on this challenge? I have been struggling to get back to Onderland. I was off plan alot in September. We went on vacation and out of town. Then to Octoberfest and a retirement party. But I will keep trying. Good Luck, Everyone! I just update my weigh in on my first post.

Vickie- I seem to be doing well, also struggling to get to Onederland. Was 202 flat yesterday, but today brings TOM and a little extra bloat, haha. Hoping to maybe see Onderland by next Tuesday. I hope everyone is feeling good and on track for their goals!

My goal is to be down 40 pounds by Christmas - averaging a drop of just over 2 pounds a week. A big goal but hopefully I can do it!!

Hi everyone Congrats on the weight loss and for keep on going. econ nerd that is great! I see you had a good loss and got right back to it, good for you and congrats

VickieLou It's going ok for me so far, I am just starting out and have struggled a bit as well to get on plan to my liking but as the days progress it is getting easier and what you said about "will keep trying", I think that is the ticket! Sat nights dinner was completely off plan but went right back to it sunday and I will keep trying and going as well, I am so thankful we have these threads to help support, inspire, and encourage each other.

Ky30 never too late to join!

Those numbers are looking good ladies let's keep going, what a nice challenge at the perfect time of the year!
