Hi all, joining too if that's ok! Had a bit of a shock this morning when I stepped on the scales so this is definitely time to get my bum into gear! Posted weight this morn and BMI/bodyfat which my scales tell you (don't know how accurate it is but going to track anyways!)
SW: 167.6 CW: 159.2 GOAL: 140
8/31: 167.6, 26.3 BMI, 32.9% BF
9/8: 160.4 (-7.2), 25.2 BMI, 30.7% BF (Big loss due to massive food and alcohol fest before weigh in on 31st Aug!)
9/15: 159.2 (-1.2), 25.0 BMI, 30.1% BF
