On December 1, 2014 I weighed 152.8. I would like to be at that weight by Christmas.

(-20.8) Whew that's a lot ~ GW: 152.8

08/25 ~ 175.5

09/01 ~ 173.6 <--- starting today
09/04 ~ 174.7 (+1.1) TOM
09/11 ~ 176.4 (+2.3) whew I am definitely not doing well
09/18 ~ 174.0 (-2.4)
09/25 ~ 172.4 (-1.6) second day on the Dukan Diet <--- fell off the wagon, picked up again on the 26th

-1.2lbs in September, 19.6 to go

I have been updating my weight on my first post. I just got back from almost a week of vacation. I didn't do very well. But will keep on working at losing weight and exercising. Good Luck, Everyone!

I weighed 198.2 Lbs before I went on vacation so actually gained more weight than this challenge shows.
