I didn't make the list, but I did make my goal, starting to work on Sept.
If I was better about posting, I would have noticed earlier :blush: I will make better posting part of my Sept. goal.
TabbyCat congrats on making your goal, I've been doing yoga using an app on my ipad called simply yoga, I'm thinking about taking a class and seeing what the difference is. Hope it works for you, I'm amazed at how much better at it I am after a couple months, I'm certainly not great, but feel like I could go out in public not tripping over my own feet anymore
Jacqui_D you have inspired me to just stand up at my desk at work, it's amazing how long I just sit there, and I made sure I don't have a garbage can in my cube, so I have to walk down the hall to throw anything away...thanks for that!
