So... I sort of fell of the wagon for a while. I was really busy, and suddenly simply fed up with scales, numbers, losing weight, all of it. I didn't exercise, and had a couple of moments of overindulgence (the picnic with friends was the worst one).
I was frankly scared when I stepped on the scale today, but alas, I see some loss.
I won't make my goal this month, but I've now learned that my new, healthier eating habits are so ingrained in me that even if I don't actively try to lose weight, I still lose - just not that fast.
Now, time to switch gears and keep going!
