Everyone is welcome to join this challenge. Here is how it works. Post your starting weight (SW) and your goal weight (GW). Come back anytime to update with your current weight (CW). The first person to reach their 5 LB goal weight is the winner. That person starts the next 5 LB Challenge. Lets lose this weight in 5lb goals .

Well done losers!

Am layed up at the moment with a dental problem - on anti biotics due to infection and locked jaw - can't eat more than a teaspoon of food at a time. staying on plan but worried meds and lack of food will result in my losing slowing down. Still time will tell.

well done Magistra on your weight loss - looking good!

I'm sat at 231lb today after seeing a gain due to meds / not eating, but it's ok, am on plan still and feeling a little better - still can't open my mouth properly (jaw seems locked halfway) but it's better than it was, and pain is much reduced. Have slight swelling / heat under jaw still but hoping that goes soon. All in all not the week I envisaged, but can't be helped and I didn't eat bad things so that's an improvement! lol

Hope you're all doing well.
