Ok here is where I am at as of this am....I will be attempting 10 lbs this month...going to California for the weekend this week and then leaving for a month vacation to MN next week....we will see how well this goes ....but im gonna give it all I got!

Finally ready to get back in shape and concentrate on a proper diet now that a major work project and moving are behind me! I'd like to lose 3 pounds this month.
Last month I kind of fell of the face of the earth...between the MCATs and moving to my new summer job (live-in housekeeper) I have been very busy the last couple of weeks! My goal last month was to lose 5 pounds and I lost 4.6, but I'll think I'll reach for 6 lbs. this month. I'm very active at my job, as I'm standing and running around doing housework anywhere from 5-15 hours a day, and I've been more active on my days off as well since I'm no longer stuck inside studying....all that to say I think 6 lbs. will be hard, but possible. I won't be able to check in everyday as I sometimes work very early in the morning (and I like to weigh in 1st thing before I eat breakfast) so I'll just be checking in when I get the chance.
Wow! What a great group! I'll make our initial goal list tomorrow -- so there's still plenty of time to join us.
I've been struggling to get myself to do anything healthy (except exercise -- at least that keeps rolling along). So, I'm going to make a small goal that still feels like a challenge to me right now -- post somewhere on 3FC every day in July. I posted on the June Exercise Challenge yesterday and, look, I just posted here!
