Finally finally finally. Made it back under 180. 179.4 I am so happy. Need to figure out what I did and keep it moving in that direction.

HAPPY FOURTH LADIES!

Thank you for the birthday wished. Gonna do the casino and buffet tonight (is this getting more frequent?) Anywho, my annual tradition is to review my 5 year goals on my birthday. Since I didn't do so hot on the challenge, I thought I would at least finish strong with some goals for the next 12 months.

1. Kill $20K in debt
2. Ditch 50 lbs by Dec 31, 2015
3. RUN THE TINK 1/2 IN MAY!
4. Only work 5 weekend through the rest of the year!
5. Finish Jillian Michael 90day Revolution

That's enough for now.

Mindy - nice job breaking the 180's sister! Maybe the water zumba is a new mental and physical breakthrough that lets you let go so your body does too! I think you are on your way.

Mavie - Bring the help in for the FIL for a minutes so you could regroup is a BEST YES for you. So glad to hear you did it. Hope you are relaxing.

All you other girls, I hope you are enjoying beautiful weather and get to take in some fireworks tonight!

220.8 lbs this morning. Today is a clear liquid day in prep for the appointment tomorrow. Thinking I will take advantage of a clean colon and kickstart my NS again on Tuesday.

Mavie - I would love to do a Labor Day Challenge. It gives us nine weeks. Whatta ya ladies think?
