2% Body Weight Challenge

Here are the rules: The fastest to shed 2% of body weight wins. To calculate 2%, just multiply .02 with your body weight and round off to the nearest 0.1/0.2 lbs (whichever your scale shows). Winner starts the new thread!

Congrats sum!! I didn't bother in the last one because I knew I had no chance with all you whooshing it away! My weight loss has averaged about a lb to 1.5 lbs a week. Let's see if I'm luckier this time around..

Had 3 beers last night :/ luckily I was also pretty active and had kept my cals/carbs down -- so no change today. I have family coming into town for the weekend which means lots of eating and drinking.. so hopefully I can hold it together and not gain over the weekend. If I manage to maintain my 147 over the weekend I will be happy!

Seize, Hope your family weekend is fun but not fattening. I know I would have to watch the desserts.

Speaking of desserts, I never met a cookie I didn't like, until today. I made my dog some liver/peanut butter cookies dipped in cornmeal. Just took the first batch out of the oven -- and I'm not event tempted, lol. My dog Jethro is waiting for them to cool down (he on the other hand is most interested). Just gave him one- it's dog approved!

5/1: 183. Well that wasn't the right direction. I've noticed I'll stay in the same range for a week then suddenly drop a couple pounds rapidly. My body is def not a steady decline type, it's more a crazy zig zag.
