Getting back on track after being sick and falling apart last month. Thankfully my weight has not changed in last 2 weeks so i'm glad about that. My may challenge is 600 minutes + time spent in garden.
5/2: Put in my spring/summer garden 3 hours!
5/3: Rest day)boy did I need it!
5/4: Still resting and sore! Back on track tomorrow!
Goal 26 group fitness classes:
May 1: rest
May 2: 60 minute flywheel (cycling)
May 4: 45 minutes cycling
May 5: rest
May 6: 60 minutes cycling +weights
May 7: two 60 mins each classes of vinyasa yoga
May 8: 75 min class of vinyasa yoga
May 9: 60 minute longsword fencing class
May 10: Rest
May 11: 60 min vinyasa class
May 12: 45 minute peloton (cycling+weights) class
May 13: 60 minute chest back and abs at Barry's Bootcamp

05/01: 2 hours putting out flowers and shoveling a trailer load of mulch into flower beds. Whew!!!

05/04: 45 minutes of cardio with MFC.
05/05: 30 minutes of ST and 60 minutes of cardio.
I drive my hubby to work each morning; forces me out of the bed, and our walk route is right by his work, therefore I get my walking done first thing in the morning. -- Many mornings I wish I could stay in bed...but this works out great.
5/01: 90 min walk; 90/2000 min
5/02: 90 min walk; 30 min weights; 210/2000 min
5/03: 120 min walk; 330/2000 min
5/04: 60 min walk; 390/2000 min
5/05: 90 min walk; 480/2000 min
