As suspected, weekend = 3 steps back for me
almost back where I started.

Normally I have a high weight on Monday and then over Tuesday and Wednesday I get back to my low weight from the previous week (lose all of the water weight), and then Thursday and Friday are my "real loss days". So I am hoping I hit my goal by Wednesday.
As a side note, this dumb method of messing up on the weekends is making it so I am averaging 0.5 lbs loss a week, which isn't too bad, but I feel like I could be losing a lb a week if I could just get a handle on my damn weekends
