Thank you! He's a sweetie- although he made a grand unexpected entrance two weeks early and had to be medevaced to the big city for an 8 day NICU stay- I guess he wanted some alone time with Mama and Daddy!

I've been 190.0-192 ish for awhile, so it is very exciting to see 189! Plus I'm in the 180's now! Hopefully I don't venture back to the 190's much (or at all!).

I will also add an official goal for the month to drink at least 60 oz. of water per day.

I'm in, I held my goal almost the whole month, just fell off a little with bad neck pain, got that under control and ready to get back there.
