Just weighed in, after work and lots of water and some food, I still lost a little, it's been quite a few days since I've actually weighed though.

Saw a nice loss today of 2 lb. This low-carb malarkey is really working. 11.4 lb so far in 19 days.

Somebody please win this challenge and take me out of my misery

We moved two weeks ago, a big move many states over from a suburbia to a big city. I am hoping that all the walking I do, will help me with my weight loss. -- Unfortunately this weather here in Boston has been quite yucky. I think Boston missed the memo that spring is here.
