Finally posting my end-of-year recap! Overall, a great year in terms of my overall health and fitness, even if the numbers here don't seem like much. I ran my first (two) 5K races after I began running in March, hiked two 14,000+ foot mountain peaks, and started biking
a lot. 2016 should be a fantastic year and I think losing the final 21.4 pounds should come a lot easier than last year

2015 Actual: 170.4 (-12.2 pounds)
Jan. 31: 180.8 (-1.8 pounds)

A slow year for weight loss, but I am quite pleased with myself. I'm now about 2.5 years into this journey from the point that I truly got serious about it and the fact that I have continued to lose, rather than maintain or even gain, is impressive.

Quite a few inches lost, though it has been interesting to see some areas lose fast than others. In some areas, I even gained inches throughout the year before it came back off! I guess it's just my body readjusting and muscle growth, etc.
